Architects’ Association

Arc M&E have just about wrapped up at the Architectural Association School of Architecture in Bedford Square. Apparently, these photos are like catnip to a spark 😂😂😂

DDA Adaptations

As a pre-BH treat, I took myself off to site on Friday to see a house that we have adapted for LB Hillingdon. We knocked through the old bathroom and WC to create a more spacious DDA bathroom, created an opening between the two main living spaces and decorated. The family moved in on Saturday and I’m sure they’ll be happy with their new home.

Greenwich Peninsula

Arc Waterproofing are doing a fantastic job at Greenwich Peninsula, producing some stunning, bespoke work like this hand-made panelling to conceal plant.

Another string to our bow!

Arc Group London reached another milestone after a gruelling but ultimately fantastic two-day audit and we are now officially Trada-accredited for Q-Mark fire door installation, Q-Mark fire door maintenance and Q-Mark passive fire-stopping installation. Well done James Begley and thanks to all our installers who obviously made a good impression with the auditors. So now we can get on with making London and the Home Counties a much safer place to be.

Bentinck Street

Arc Major Projects are drawing to a close on the main contract at Bentinck Street, as illustrated in these “before and after” exterior shots. The XRDs are complete, just the internals and one flat to refurbish now.

Which? Building

Georgian terraces can all look the same – until you go round the back and the Which? building, near Regent’s Park, is no exception. You really would not expect this transformation!

Greenwich Peninsula

I was delighted to visit our Greenwich Peninsula project this week and see for myself the great work Arc Waterproofing are doing along with some great views of Greenwich and beyond.
