Arc Group London is a blend of construction disciplines. Founded in 2005 as an electrical contractor, Arc Group’s structure has evolved to encompass four distinct companies:
Arc Property Services: provides general building services, including M&E, domestic roofing and energy efficiency measures, and works mainly in the social housing sector. Arc Property Services has a pool of 150+ directly-employed tradesmen and women enabling it to resource all its projects in-house.
Arc M&E: a subsidiary company, Arc M&E specialises in large-scale, complex M&E installations primarily within the commercial sector, and temporary site services. Arc M&E also has a substantial pool of directly-employed electricians and plumbers to allow it to resource all its contracts internally.
Arc Major Projects: a subsidiary company, Major Projects acts as a main contractor within the private and public sectors.
Arc Waterproofing: a subsidiary company, established in 2016 as a wholly-owned division offering a comprehensive roofing service, including a design facility.
Headed up by Tony Mason, Arc Group Managing Director and a time-served electrician, and Chris Langbridge, Managing Director and from a surveying background, both men have the expertise and the vision to drive the company to greater success.
Across the group, we have a directly-employed workforce of over 250 skilled operatives, many of whom have been with us since the outset. We know that our most valuable asset is our workforce and so training and development is a high priority for us.
We take immense pride in our apprenticeship programme and see value in producing the next generation of skilled operatives.
We are large enough to handle contracts in excess of £2.5m yet small enough to appreciate that service and quality matter.
We pride ourselves on going the extra mile for clients; a good example of this is our investment in the Arc Projects system. Click here for more details.
Tony Mason founded Arc (Essex) Electrical Ltd in 2005; an electrician by trade, Tony saw the importance of serving all stakeholders and delivering high quality works – an ethos that has served the company well, leading to sustainable growth and which is maintained across the Arc Group to this day.
Chris Langbridge joined Arc in 2014 and is steeped in construction; his father ran his own building company but steered Chris towards surveying. Chris has over 30 years’ wide-ranging experience and has the skills set to complement Tony’s ambition and drive.
Arc Electrical (Essex) Contracting grew into the Arc Group operating today through a series of diversifications and acquisitions. Everyone in the group works to offer clients a reliable, thorough and compliant service that provides best value without compromising quality.
